Ayesha Sodha is a global strategist, venture builder, and operator with over 20 years of experience spanning tech, education, wellness, and climate. She has worked in more than 10 countries — advising founders, scaling startups, and leading cross-border growth initiatives across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
She’s collaborated with world-class universities, launched her own ventures, supported early-stage teams from pitch to profit, and worked with investors to shape scalable business models. Her sharp eye for strategy is matched by her reputation for getting things done.
Ayesha is also a bestselling author, a sought-after speaker, and someone who has survived four near-death experiences — grounding her belief that wellness and resilience are non-negotiable in business and in life.
